Commercial Water Damage to Fabric Store

During a recent spring rain storm this local fabric company sustained flooding one of their showrooms and in the basement.  SERVPRO of Malden/Melrose was called and arrived within an hour to help mitigate the damage to the structure and contents.  The owners were very concerned with saving their fabrics, many of which were very high end and quite costly.

Our SERVPRO crews immediately began to collect as much of the contents as possible moving it to a dry location.  The floor was then extracted and fans and dehumidifiers were installed to continue with the drying of the floor.  The store was able to partially open the next day minimizing loss of business.
