Melrose Art Studio Storm Damaged

The nor'easter ripped a hole in the flat roof of this art studio located in a Melrose strip center. The Before Photo depicts the damage to the ceiling and interior floor space. Our SERVPRO crew responded within hours to begin the storm damage mitigation service. We moved art supplies, contents, and assemblies to a dry area of this large studio to prevent secondary water damage. The acoustic ceiling tiles, a safety hazard, were quickly removed and discarded. The After Photo shows the studio now dry, cleared of debris, and ready for installing new ceiling tiles.
